I’m Calebria—a singer turned instructional designer, learning strategist, and consultant. My background in classical music led me to teaching, where I found my passion for adult learning. I blend creativity, tech, and strategy to design impactful learning experiences through eLearning, ILT, and microlearning. With expertise in L&D, change management, and project management, I help organizations turn messy challenges into clear, results-driven solutions. When I’m not designing, I’m singing, teaching, or spending time with my furson, family, and friends—always with a love for all things Detroit, retro, pink, and leopard print!
